Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is hiring a Customer Uptime Controller. You will manage fleet uptime and coordinate with the DAF dealer network to keep customer vehicles on the road. Training is provided, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000–£33,000 plus a quarterly bonus up to £1,500 (potentially £6,000 per year) with in-house and manufacturer training opportunities. 22 days holiday, rising to 25 with service, plus events and recognition.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of IT literacy and comfortable using email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime of customer fleet and communicate with dealers.
• Coordinate Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and liaise with third parties.
• Mitigate downtime and ensure cost control through proactive service.
