Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to join our team. The role focuses on keeping customer fleets available, handling VOR progress, and coordinating with our dealer network to minimise downtime.

We offer a base salary of £30,000–£33,000 plus a quarterly bonus up to £1,500 (potential £6,000 per annum). Training is provided, with 22 days holiday rising to 25 after 5 years, and employee recognition events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Can-do attitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High IT literacy; comfortable on phone and email.
• Organised, resilient and able to work on own initiative.
• Experience in vehicle repair, fleet management or automotive sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uptime of customer fleets and drive availability.
• Coordinate with DAF dealer network to escalate and resolve VOR issues.
• Monitor VOR progress, liaise with third-party partners to reduce downtime.
• Ensure cost control and proactive communication with customers.
• Provide excellent customer experience and ownership of cases.
