- Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar in a dealership.

- Good knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and workshop workflows.
- Proficient with dealership DMS software.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily service appointments and manage customer expectations.
- Advise on repairs/maintenance and upsell maintenance work.
