Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Advisor / Automotive Front Desk Specialist to join our independent vehicle workshop. You will handle service bookings, advise customers on vehicle health checks, prepare parts quotes, order components and liaise with the workshop team to ensure a smooth, five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Aftersales role.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive parts systems, electronic parts catalogues, and workshop management software.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to multi-task between customer service desk duties and workshop logistics.
• Full UK driving licence.
