Qualifications

  • Wide experience of Traction and Rolling stock is essential in at least 3 areas covering specification, design, development or maintenance.
  • An understanding of business/customer requirements.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational efficiency and safety of fleet across the UK.
  • Address day-to-day issues impacting safety according to safety standards.
  • Coordinate Service Engineers to optimize network coverage.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Depots to ensure safety critical work.
  • Develop strategic planning for quality products.
  • Establish communication channels with customers.
