We are shaping a more electric and digital future. Join our team in the UK as a Fleet and Mobility Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainable mobility agenda.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to design, implement, and manage our comprehensive mobility and fleet strategy across the UK and Ireland. This role is crucial in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective transportation for our employees, while driving our transition towards more sustainable and eco‑friendly solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Sustainable Fleet Management – Oversee the management of our UK&I fleets, continuing to drive the strategic transition toward battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and other sustainable transportation modes. This includes vehicle selection, influencing charging infrastructure, and developing EV‑specific education programmes.
  • Driver Management & Support – Oversee all aspects of driver management, including licence checks, fine management, mileage reimbursement, etc. for both benefit and essential drivers.
  • Strategic Policy Development – Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive fleet & mobility policies for the UK&I in alignment to local business goals.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance – Ensure the fleet operates in strict accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Provide support and partnership to other teams e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance.
  • Financial Management & Optimisation – Monitor, analyse, and control all fleet & mobility costs, identifying opportunities for optimisation and ensuring adherence to budgetary targets, including alternative cash allowances.
  • Partner and Vendor Management – Manage key relationships with external partners, including fleet management companies, booking platforms, energy card providers, and other travel and expense solution vendors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support – Lead communication and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new policies and sustainable mobility solutions. Provide education to drivers, HR, Finance, Payroll etc. and be the internal expert on all fleet matters. Handle escalations from key stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on fleet operational effectiveness, take‑up rates, and engagement. Leverage vendor and internal tools to acquire and analyse relevant data to then inform decision‑making processes and continuous improvements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strategic mindset with experience driving BEV transition and sustainable fleet plans.
  • Strong collaborator who works effectively across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement.
  • Commercial & financial acumen with solid budgeting and analysis skills.
  • Supplier & contract management experience across leasing, maintenance, and energy partners.
  • Data‑driven approach using fleet systems and analytics to track KPIs and report insights.
  • Project delivery skills for large‑scale initiatives like charging infrastructure rollouts.
  • Clear communicator able to simplify technical or tax topics for all audiences.
  • Influential change leader who brings people along on new technologies.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a self‑starter mindset.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to compliance and detail.
  • Good knowledge of fleet legislation across the UK & Ireland.
