Base data

We are looking for
  • You receive damage reports for defective vehicles and organize the repairs.
  • You will be responsible for internal and external communication with all stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.
  • You coordinate the inspection plans between the vehicle owner and the customer.
  • You assign incoming invoices to the services ordered and are responsible for approving invoices.
  • You coordinate the repair and preparation of the vehicles together with the cleaning plants and workshops.
  • You manage the rental contracts for our fleet and maintain the vehicle master data.

Required
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - career changers (m / f / d) from other industries are also welcome.
  • You have positive communication skills with all parties involved, a high level of service orientation and are flexible in dealing with spontaneous changes in day‑to‑day business.
  • Your diligence in order execution and tracking as well as your IT affinity distinguish you.
  • You enjoy making independent decisions and working in a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills are desirable but not a prerequisite.
