A major housing association in the UK is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a diverse fleet of over 750 vehicles. Based in Basingstoke with a hybrid work model, you will lead a team, implement fleet policies, and manage supplier relationships. We are currently looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, managing our diverse fleet of 750+ vehicles. Working from our modern Head Office in Basingstoke, you'll enjoy a blend of home and office work to ensure a positive work/life balance.
As a Fleet Manager, you'll manage a team of approximately 4 direct reports, bringing improvement and development opportunities that will enhance daily operations and maintain operational and contractual relationships with fleet suppliers.
You’ll use your proven experience to oversee the implementation of fleet policies, reporting, and management controls and be responsible for maintaining high‑quality data in our vehicle, management and financial data sources.
