You will work with delivery/collection teams, central fleet, and local branches, and may meet customers at handover to create a strong first impression.

The role involves preparing vehicles for customers, delivering with a professional handover, and contributing to efficient processes.

Qualifications

• A valid, clean driving licence is required.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rental administration to meet station needs.
• Accurately complete rental documents and plan vehicle delivery/collection.
• Handle telephone enquiries politely and professionally.
• Complete rental administration and vehicle documentation, including damage reporting.
• Manage responsibility for vehicles, premises and customer safety.
