Job summary

Europcar is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles for customers. You will work with delivery/collection teams, the central fleet team, and local branches to ensure smooth service and accurate rental documentation.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence is required.
• Minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Report damages post rental and ensure safety of vehicles, premises and customers.
