You will work with delivery/collection teams, central fleet, and local branches, and may deliver or collect vehicles as needed, creating a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental administration service and assist in planning vehicle delivery/collection.
• Handle telephone enquiries politely and professionally and complete rental documentation.
• Prepare vehicles for customers and ensure a smooth handover.
• Support safety of vehicles, premises and customers.
