Job summary
Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role involves working with delivery teams, central fleet and local branches, with occasional customer handovers.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving licence with at least 4 years of driving experience and the ability to communicate clearly, work in a small team, and stay organised under pressure.
Qualifications
- A full, valid clean driving licence is required.
- Minimum of 4 years driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high quality rental administration service to meet station needs.
- Assist with the accurate completion of all rental documents and planning of vehicle delivery/collection.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation including damage reports.
- Responsible for vehicles, premises and customer safety.
