Europcar Mobility Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate the delivery and collection of our vehicles. You will work closely with the delivery and collection teams and with our central fleet office to ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.

The role requires a full, valid driving licence and at least four years of driving experience, plus strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to stay organised under pressure.

Qualifications

• A full, valid driving licence is required.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental administration service and plan vehicle delivery/collection.
• Handle telephone enquiries politely and professionally.
• Complete rental documentation and report vehicle damage after rental.
• Maintain safety of vehicles, premises and customers.
