Europcar Manchester is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage the delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring smooth handovers for customers. You will work with delivery teams, central fleet, and branches to keep operations efficient.

The role requires a valid driving licence, reliability, and strong communication. You will handle rental documentation, liaise with customers, and help maintain vehicle readiness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Strong communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality rental administration to meet station needs.
• Assist in planning delivery and collection of vehicles.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete rental documents and vehicle paperwork, report damage post rental.
• Ensure safety of vehicles, premises and customers.
