Job summary

Europcar Group UK Limited is seeking a Fleet Controller in Portsmouth to coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring a high quality service for customers. You will work with frontline delivery teams, the central fleet team, and local branches, possibly delivering vehicles and handing over to customers with a professional approach.

Key responsibilities include rental administration, planning of deliveries, handling calls, and maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Full, valid clean driving licence is required.
• Minimum 4 years driving experience.
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental administration service to meet station needs.
• Assist in the planning of the delivery and collection of vehicles.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation; report damages post rental.
• Maintain responsibility for vehicles, premises and customer safety.
