You will work with our delivery and collection teams on the frontline of the customer relationship, liaising with central fleet and local branches, and may be required to deliver and handover vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality rental administration to meet station needs.
• Assist with completion of rental documents and plan vehicle delivery/collection.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Complete rental administration and vehicle documentation, and report damages.
• Maintain safety of vehicles, premises, and customers.
