Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Fleet Services Support Manager to ensure vehicle downtime is minimal resulting in higher vehicle utilisation and optimisation liaising with 3rd party suppliers, dealers and customers as appropriate.
  • Support the Fleet & Customer Operations Executives within life asset management tasks to enable the smooth running of fleet to include managing and raising ad hoc invoices from the rental system such as excess mileage charges, write offs, fines, insurance, sales invoices.
  • Support the Fleet & Customer Operations Executives with effective processing of logistics movements for customers & rental locations through successful communication with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Regularly generating insightful Fleet reporting.
  • Generate customer and head office invoices to locations to ensure the Mobility revenue stream is maintained.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure invoices are processed correctly and within SLA to maintain effective management of the payment process.
  • Through regular research and industry awareness ensure the Mobility Services Management Team are kept up to date with any environmental, legal, economic, political developments directly impacting fleet and rental business in the Mobility Sector, A focus on personal development with access to LinkedIn Learning via our Degreed' platform and a bespoke development programme throughout your placement year delivering personal management, technical and soft skills including building successful relationships, presentation skills, IT skills and data literacy.

Recruitment Process
  • Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
  • You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
  • If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
  • If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
  • Our current car schemes are under review following changes in legislation from HMRC and so whilst we don't have full details of our car scheme to share with you now, we will let you know what this looks like as soon as we are able.
