Sysco GB is looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to become a key part of our dynamic Fleet Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in safeguarding our Operators Licence and ensuring full adherence to DVSA Earned Recognition standards.
As a Fleet Compliance Coordinator you’ll work closely with the Head of Fleet Compliance, Fleet Compliance Business Partners and all Sysco GB organisations to maintain the highest standards of driver and vehicle compliance. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability and reputation of our fleet operations.
A highly self‑motivated individual with a proactive and positive approach.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs with exceptional attention to detail.
Capable of prioritising tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within required timeframes.
Able to meet strict reporting deadlines and deliver accurate high‑quality outputs.
Innovative thinker able to develop new ideas and reports that support departmental objectives and business needs.
Skilled in collaborative working with the ability to engage and support multiple stakeholders.

This position is primarily home‑based; however occasional travel will be required which may include overnight stays.
