We are now recruiting Workshop Shift Supervisors at Leeds Workshop on a Permanent contract.
Working Hours: Full time - 39.50 hours per week. Worked across 5 out of 7 days. Shifts are approximately 7 hours and 54 minutes per day, plus a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
Various shift patterns are available between 06:00 and 22:00 - further details will be discussed during the interview.
You will be required to work 1 in every 3 weekends (with a weekday day off)
Overtime is paid at 1.4x hourly rate
With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including traditional fuel and electric vehicles, LCVs and HGVs, maintaining our vehicles is a true team effort. Reporting to the Fleet Workshop Manager, the Shift Supervisor provides a pivotal supporting role to the Workshop management team. Responsible for leading operations across a shift in line with production planning and control requirements, you\'ll deploy agreed processes and staff resources to ensure the Workshop operates safely and delivers high levels of quality and efficiency.
