Octane Recruitment Limited in West Hallam, Derbyshire, is seeking a Fleet Account Executive to support business development, manage key fleet accounts from enquiry to delivery, and process quotations and orders using Leaselink and other fleet systems.

You will liaise with customers, leasing companies and internal teams, maintain accurate records in Smartsheets and Kerridge, arrange deliveries, handle surplus stock, and contribute towards fleet sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Support Business Development Managers with quotations, stock availability and enquiries.
• Manage key fleet accounts from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Process quotations and orders using Leaselink and other fleet systems.
• Liaise with customers, leasing companies, sales, logistics and administration teams.
• Maintain accurate information across Smartsheets, Kerridge and internal systems.
• Arrange vehicle deliveries, demonstrations, fitments and conversions.
• Manage surplus vehicle stock and support fleet sales targets.
