Job summary

Desmond Motors Ltd in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a Fleet Sales Administrator to manage relationships with large fleet customers, process orders, and coordinate stock and deliveries. The role requires strong Excel skills and excellent organisational abilities to support a busy fleet operations team.

Experience in sales administration and familiarity with financial or stock management systems are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous sales administration experience is desirable.
• Experience using financial systems or stock management systems.
• Excellent Excel Skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately & at pace under pressure.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management of large Fleet Customers
• Process orders
• Provide first class service to key accounts
• Process vehicle stock orders and maintain accurate databases
• Manage logistics & organise fleet deliveries
• Manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Liaise with internal departments
