Halfords is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Redditch to deliver excellent service for our fleet customers. You will handle day-to-day queries, coordinate operational activities and provide administrative support to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

Working closely with Account Managers, suppliers and internal teams, you will own customer requests from start to finish, ensuring updates are timely and issues are resolved proactively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, office environment preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to build relationships.
• Proactive approach to identify issues before escalation.
• Good problem-solving skills with ownership from start to resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries by maintaining accurate records.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, delivering responsive service.
• Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure completion.
• Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to resolve issues.
