Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or fleet support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM or database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound fleet enquiries and processing customer orders.
• Preparing accurate vehicle quotes and managing orders through registration and delivery.
• Maintaining customer records and updating CRM with order progress.
