Qualifications

• Proven experience as Front Office Manager in a 300+ room 5-star hotel.
• Direct experience within a Forbes 5* rated or high-end luxury environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of OPERA Cloud/V5 required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Front Desk in a high-volume hotel.
• Maintain and elevate service levels per Forbes 5* Standards.
• Mentor a diverse international team and foster professional growth.
• Drive efficiency in guest data and billing management through OPERA.
