Job Title: Fitter / Welder. Shift: Days shift, varied pattern as site work involved. Location: Rugby. Pay Rate: £15.00-£16.00 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit stainless steel kitchen units, worktops, and appliances according to client specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble kitchen components with accuracy.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to complete precise, high-quality installations.
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret kitchen plans and technical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools effectively to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions to maintain installation schedules.

Requirements
