Fitness Instructor (Hourly Paid)

Salary: £28.62 - £37.08 per hour

Hours per week: 10 hrs / variable

Weeks per annum: Various

Working pattern: Day/evening work (possibly weekend)

Location: Various

Contract type: Fixed term until September 2026

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our Oxfordshire Adult Learning (OAL) department. As a Fitness Instructor with OAL, you will deliver inspiring and inclusive sessions at local community centres throughout North and West Oxfordshire. Your sessions will support a diverse range of learners, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing in a supportive, friendly environment.

Key responsibilities and services

We’re particularly interested in instructors who can teach a variety of fitness activities, such as:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Dance and Movement
  • Other Wellbeing‑Focused Exercise Classes
