Fitch Learning is seeking a Client Relationship Manager based in our London office. We are looking for candidates with proven experience selling to clients in emerging markets and managing complex client relationships. The corporate title for this role is Associate Director.
The purpose of this role is to manage an existing, defined portfolio of strategic client accounts across Africa (including South Africa) and grow these through building strong, trust‑based relationships with client contacts at multiple levels. You will work with clients to understand their needs and, with our subject‑matter experts, design solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target. In addition, you will prospect and develop new logo opportunities across key African markets. The role requires periodic travel across Africa; frequency will depend on business needs and client coverage.
