• Proven experience managing Fire & Security or electrical/data installation projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual project management background.
• Experience working with subcontractor teams and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire alarm, CCTV, intruder, access control, and data installation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor and in-house engineering teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Skills

Technical understanding of fire alarm systems

Strong organisational skills

Client-facing communication

Competence in producing RAMS

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
