Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire protection surveying.
• Familiarity with Site Audit Pro and PlanRadar applications.

Responsibilities

As an FRA Surveyor – Bristol, you will:

• Carry out pre-surveys of fire doors and compartmentation.

• Identify non-conformance and provide technical solutions to FRA issues.

• Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, including compliance checks.

• Produce clear survey reports and technical recommendations.

• Oversee and support the delivery of FRA works.

• Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, Health & Safety regulations, and Approved Document B.

Knowledge & Experience

• Passive Fire Protection surveying experience.

• Experience using surveying applications such as Site Audit Pro and PlanRadar.

• Experience working in social housing environments.

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

• IFE Fire Door Inspections – Level 3 (preferred).

• NVQ / ASFP Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (preferred).

• Third-party accreditation such as FIRAS, BM Trada, or IFC (preferred).
