Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification required.
• Experience in fire risk assessments is essential.
• Knowledge of UK fire safety legislation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Undertake fire integrity / compartmentation surveys.
• Provide quality & technical monitoring on construction projects.
• Assist clients with fire safety advisory services.

Skills

Experience of undertaking/reviewing Fire Risk Assessments

Knowledge of current and incoming UK fire safety legislation

Good knowledge of Approved Document B

Education
