Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Fire Door PPM service and repairs.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance to building fabric.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance of tiling, walls, and ceiling.
  • Carry out remedial minor building works.
  • Engage in painting and decorating projects as required.
  • Handle flooring repair and new installations.
  • Execute basic plumbing repairs.
  • Conduct basic plastering tasks.
  • Manage stock of site consumables.
