Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives including active networking, building a strong client relationship through the highest level of luxury customer service, and by creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers.

Your role will be to inspire, surprise and educate your clients, building long lasting bonds that stand the test of time. You will engage with them in a number of ways, think creatively and strategically about how you keep them engaged with the brand, and ideally become their only avenue for Fine Watches in London.

What you will bring
  • Minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, preferably with an established client book.
  • Proven strong selling skills with a track record of successful sales.
  • Ability to execute a flawless selling ceremony that aligns with the Brand’s direction, while incorporating your unique professional approach.
  • Capability to enhance brand loyalty through personalized client follow-up.
