A leading energy company is seeking a Financial Planning Manager in Glasgow. You will lead the financial reporting and control related to RIIO-ED3 submissions, manage relationships, and develop financial strategies. The purpose of this role is to lead on the financial reporting, modelling and analysis related to personnel costs associated with RIIO-ED3 price control submission ensuring the submission has been evaluated robustly. Networks Planning and Regulation will submit the Dossier to the SPEN Holding Board, IBE Global Networks and Iberdrola Operating Committee. This role will directly input data to NP&R. The role is responsible for ensuring timely briefings are provided to the ED3 Finance Lead and Networks Business Partner. The role is accountable for the development of workstream milestone plans, reporting and governance, stakeholder engagement and presentations into wider price control strategy. Additionally, the role is responsible for the financial modelling and governance of P&O projects related to Networks Personnel Costs articulating financial risk, including preparing financial analysis, identifying risks and issues and providing expertise to stakeholders across the function.
