Overview

This Financial Planning Manager job provides opportunity to join a national independent financial planning firm, that is continuing to grow through organic growth and acquiring IFA client banks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Financial Advisors, providing support to help them achieve and exceed targets.
  • Perform management and T&C responsibilities; supervise IFAs to maximise key business opportunities and encourage them to identify new business and clients; ensure Advisors provide quality service to clients; adhere to company compliance guidelines and maintain continuing professional development.
  • Deliver regular 1:1 meetings, presentations, workshops and individual training sessions to support development.
  • Involve in recruiting new Advisors by participating in the interview process and providing full support to new team members, helping them to achieve CAS status and thrive in the role.
  • Travel as required to visit your team of Financial Advisors and attend head office management meetings as part of T&C supervision.
  • Hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent to fulfill T&C supervision requirements.
Financial Planning Manager Requirements
  • You should have experience as a Manager within the Financial Planning industry, leading a team of Financial Advisors.
  • Ideally you should hold your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • You should have experience of both management and T&C responsibilities.
  • You must be comfortable with travelling to undertake your role effectively.
Financial Planning Manager Benefits
  • Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus £4,800 car allowance per annum.
