Overview
About NOVA:
NOVA Wealth is a fast growing start up looking to change the face of financial advice in the UK. We believe a human adviser should be at the heart of every client relationship, while technology helps advisers deliver higher levels of service and reduce day-to-day admin. We aim to build a game changer in the industry that delivers better customer outcomes at lower cost for more people, using Lifeline technology to empower advisers to help clients live the lives they dream of.
About the role:
We have an opportunity for a brilliant, experienced and technical paraplanner to join our team. At NOVA, your title will be Financial Planner. This is an elevated role where, rather than reporting into a financial adviser, you will form part of our specialist planning team. Although non-client facing, you will be involved in all areas of financial planning and will own the end-to-end advice process, decide recommendations and curate financial plans for our customers, while helping shape our processes and the way we provide advice for years to come.
This role suits someone who is passionate about the industry and wants more responsibility within a forward-thinking firm. We are a planning-led firm that leverages technology to empower the planning team to focus on creating fantastic advice for customers.
