Job summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Head of Financial Crime Advisory to ensure compliance with AML and CTF regulations. You will support the business's growth while maintaining a safe environment, engage with key stakeholders, and lead compliance initiatives.   • Ability to deliver assurance and advisory services in a regulated environment.
  • Interest in broader risk frameworks beyond financial crime.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain understanding of regulatory changes affecting financial crime.
  • Engage with regulators and law enforcement to ensure compliance.
  • Design training programs to establish a culture against financial crime.
  • Monitor KPIs and KRIs for compliance effectiveness.
