The Role

Do you want to be part of an exciting journey, driving financial analysis to support the renewable energy transition? Look no further, we have it all! You'll be part of the Financial Analysis team at Sonnedix, which supports the evaluation of new opportunities, financing, and valuation of the Sonnedix portfolio, while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Growth/M&A, Strategic Finance, Asset Management, Power Marketing, and Project Finance. Reporting to the Head of Financial Analysis, the Financial Analysis Manager will lead a team of two analysts based in London.

Amongst various responsibilities, the role will champion the implementation of a new modelling system, ensuring robust evaluation of potential investment opportunities, scenario analysis, and performance optimisation. The manager will be accountable for stakeholder relationships, efficient team resourcing, and quality review of all modelling outputs. This is a critical role in ensuring Sonnedix continues to make sound, strategic financial decisions as it scales globally.

Desirable skills:

  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to link financial outcomes to business strategy.
  • Expertise in financial modelling with excellent VBA knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage a team with multiple competing deadlines and ensure delivery.
  • Experience in the renewables or infrastructure sector preferred.
  • Confidence in communicating with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
