About the Role

As the Finance Talent Partner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the finance team by attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with senior hiring managers to understand their needs, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Our client is a global, privately‑owned company dedicated to helping the world travel with ease and confidence. With over 35 years of experience and working with leading payment networks, their services include market‑leading airport experiences, loyalty and customer engagement, and insurance solutions for over 400 million end consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for finance and legal positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
