Type : Hourly contract

Compensation : $80–$120 per hour

Location : Remote

Commitment : 10-40 hours / week, flexible and asynchronous

Duration : Contract-based, with potential for long‑term engagement

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial modeling, including 3‑statement models, budgeting / forecasting, valuation (DCF, comps, precedents), deal models (LBO, M&A), cash flow / liquidity, and capital budgeting / structure.
  • Develop presentations for investment committee memos, portfolio / board updates, budget / planning decks, market / earnings updates, transaction / CFO materials, and / or pitch decks.
  • Review and prepare investment memos, legal / transaction documents, investor communications, budget / forecast narratives, due diligence materials, research reports, and / or regulatory / compliance documentation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data and models.
  • Work closely with AI research teams to provide domain expertise for financial tasks.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience working at top firms in investment banking, private equity, or another financial analysis or modeling role.
  • Expertise in financial modeling: 3‑statement, budgeting / forecasting, valuation (DCF, comps, precedents), deal models (LBO, M&A), cash flow / liquidity, and / or capital budgeting / structure.
  • Experience preparing presentations and documents for investment committees, portfolios, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools.
