Job summary

IRIS Software Group in Slough is seeking friendly, motivated people to join the Accountancy Customer Services team. You will support our IRIS Accountancy software, answering questions, resolving issues and guiding customers to successful outcomes.

Full training is provided, with hybrid working and the option to work from home on non-office days. You’ll respond to queries via phone, email and other channels, investigate issues, explain solutions clearly, and log cases through to resolution while

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience in a finance, tax or accountancy role.
• Currently studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve software and process-related questions.
• Explain solutions clearly and guide customers through the right steps.
• Log and manage customer cases through to resolution.
• Represent IRIS with professionalism and empathy.
