Job summary

IRIS Software Group seeks friendly, motivated people to join the Accountancy Customer Services team in Slough. You’ll help customers understand IRIS Accountancy software, resolve issues and keep work on track, using your finance knowledge to explain clearly.

You’ll respond via phone and email, investigate questions, explain solutions, and escalate complex cases. Training will cover product knowledge and support processes to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have a foundation in finance, tax or accountancy.
• Clear and confident communicator with customer focus.
• Willingness to learn IRIS product software and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve software and process questions.
• Explain solutions clearly and guide customers through steps.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when needed.
• Log and manage cases through to resolution.
• Share knowledge to improve support information.
