The Company Finance Recruitment Consultant

• Focus on Private Equity and Investment Banking
• Founded by two close friends who have been in recruitment for over 15 years
• Average deal sizes of £ 80k
• OTE in year 1 of £ 55k
• Office in Shoreditch
• 12 heads in the office, looking to 3 more

The Incentives Finance Recruitment Consultant

• £ 28k base salary + 35% commission structure
• Quick progression promotion within 5-6 months of being in the industry
• One on one training from the Managing Director
