Salary: £26,200 per annum + Annual Salary Reviews.

Working Pattern: Hybrid & Flexible Options (Post-Probation) – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
  • Coordination: Managing the timeline for all reminders and property‑related correspondence.
  • Data Management: Reviewing tracking systems and updating records with 100% accuracy.
  • Communication: Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure tenant accounts are up to date.
  • Financial Admin: Monitoring Direct Debits and Standing Orders, and raising professional billing/fees.
