We are seeking a Finance Partner (Part Qual) to join a not-for-profit organisation in Manchester. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance to provide financial support and guidance to the organisation.

Client Details

The organisation is a well-established Not For Profit entity based in Manchester. It is known for its commitment to delivering impactful services and maintaining a professional environment.

Description
  • Partnering and building effective relationships with the property department to help understand what is driving their activity. This will effectively be the repairs and maintenance teams as well as property compliance and reinvestment / capital works on our homes.
  • Working with the Finance Manager to deliver high quality monthly management accounts.
  • Providing commentary and variance analysis to inform decision making for operational budget holder holders, managers and directors.
  • Supporting budget holders to develop robust budgets.
  • Assisting Budget Holders with scenario planning, and financial modelling.
Profile

A successful Finance Partner - Part Qual should have:

  • A finance professional who is driven to improve services and self-motivated.
  • A part qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) with experience of writing commentary explaining key variances.
  • An effective communicator who can provide financial advice and guidance at all levels.
  • Strong excel skills - VLOOKUP's, Sumifs, Pivot Tables
