Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Office Manager to join our Client and take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance function while supporting the wider business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing accurate monthly management accounts
  • Working closely with external accountants
  • Managing short‑ and long‑term cashflow forecasts and annual budgets
  • Producing weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger, credit control and payment runs
  • Processing payroll and related submissions
  • Completing bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
  • Producing accounts up to trial balance and submitting VAT returns
  • Acting as the main point of contact for HMRC and other external bodies
  • Supporting office administration, basic HR and operational tasks
  • Providing direct support to the Managing Director
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Office Manager role
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • High proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Positive, flexible and hands‑on approach
