Finance Manager

Location: Norwich (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £55,000

This is a great job for someone who is a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Group Property team in Group Finance, supporting a wide range of property-related budgets across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. This role sits in the Commercial Risk and Governance Team, reporting to the Global Property Director. You’ll lead financial planning for Ireland’s property portfolio, manage VAT returns, and support governance and reporting. It’s a varied role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and our external partners.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified, with strong technical accounting and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with others
  • Experience managing financial contracts and spotting cost-saving opportunities
  • Able to simplify complex data and processes
  • Comfortable owning tasks, solving problems, and adapting to change
