Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with a growing Leeds-based business in their search for a Finance Manager. A business big enough to have real impact, but small enough that your voice is heard and you can really add some value.
A varied Finance Manager role where one day you're building forecasting models and supporting the Finance Director on strategic decisions, then the next, you're presenting insights to leadership or helping department heads make sense of their numbers.
You'll lead month-end close, produce management accounts, manage budgeting and forecasting, keep cash flow healthy, produce VAT returns and mentor a small finance team. Most importantly, you'll be a trusted partner across the business, helping non-finance people understand the numbers and make better decisions.
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who can explain financial information concisely and, in a way, non-finance areas will understand. Youll enjoy the problem-solving side of finance, not just compliance. You want autonomy, commercial input, and the chance to be hands-on.
