Role

• Provide robust financial control and reporting, manage payment runs, payroll and stock reporting.
• Capex reporting, budgets and forecasts, support the audit and financial compliance.
• Lead and develop a small finance team with a supportive management style.
• Perform a variety of ad hoc work requiring strong investigative and analytical skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for an immediate start and ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, preferably with a manufacturing background though this is not essential.
• Demonstrable experience of quickly picking up threads of work and adapting to a fast‑moving, busy culture.
• Enjoy leading and developing a small finance team with a coaching and mentoring management style.
• Strong broad‑based accounting skills, adaptable approach and a high standard of systems literacy.
