  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
  • Preparation and finalisation of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
  • Manage financial close process for timely reporting.
  • Ensure tax compliance including VAT and corporation tax.
  • Coordinate with auditors for financial reviews.
  • Support in creating the business plan.
  • Prepare yearly budget with targets for each function.
  • Create framework for Financial Reporting.
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities.

Job Description

Financial Reporting and Analysis


  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.

  • Preparation and finalisation of financial statements and reports.

  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.

  • Financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and other regulatory filings.

  • Cash flow and liquidity management.

  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial reviews.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts (bank and intercompany).

  • Payroll processing, employee expenses, and pension contributions.


Planning and Budgeting


  • Support in creating the business plan

  • Prepare yearly budget at granular level to include targets for each function.


Management Presentations


  • Create the framework for Financial Reporting to the Management

  • Prepare monthly Management Report


Cost Analysis


  • Develop cost analysis framework along with deep dive to key business drivers

  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities.


The Successful Applicant

Finance Manager should have:



  • A strong background in accounting or finance.
