Job Description

• Working as part of a collaborative finance team with development opportunities
• Based near Chippenham, paying £60,000 - £65,000

As Finance Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all reporting. You'll manage month‑end processes, lead the production of monthly reports, and support activities such as accounts payable, VAT returns, cashflow forecasting, and intercompany transactions.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage budgeting processes and provide analysis to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and implement improvements.
• Review and streamline accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership to the accounting team, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Assist in strategic planning by offering financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Manager will;

• Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
• Have a minimum 3+ years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Have a strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance in a multi‑entity environment.
• Be confident with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
